By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any EMOMCo program, product, service, or challenge, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Program Description
EMOMCo provides online fitness programming, educational content, and general nutrition guidance delivered digitally.
EMOMCo does not provide medical care, physical therapy, dietetics services, or in-person coaching. All content is educational in nature.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
You are responsible for determining that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in EMOMCo programs.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning.
Medical Disclaimer
All training programs, nutrition guidance, and educational materials provided by EMOMCo are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice.
Nothing provided by EMOMCo is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are recovering from injury.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in exercise, physical activity, and nutrition changes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strain, injury, or more serious health complications.
By participating in any EMOMCo program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and agree that you are participating at your own discretion and responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMOMCo, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising out of or related to participation in any EMOMCo program.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Injuries sustained during workouts
Outcomes related to nutrition changes
Technical issues with third-party platforms
Loss of data or access interruptions
Nutrition Guidance
Any nutrition information provided by EMOMCo is general guidance only.
Results are not guaranteed. EMOMCo does not provide individualized medical nutrition therapy. You are solely responsible for your dietary choices, tracking accuracy, and adherence.
Digital Access & Third-Party Platforms
EMOMCo programs are delivered via third-party platforms and tools.
EMOMCo is not responsible for outages, downtime, or technical issues caused by these platforms. Access credentials and codes are for individual use only and may not be shared.
Program- or Challenge-Specific Requirements
Certain EMOMCo programs or challenges may include additional requirements, such as:
Minimum participation standards
Photo submissions
Completion tracking
Eligibility criteria for prizes or recognition
If a program or challenge requires additional actions, those requirements will be communicated separately and are considered part of these Terms & Conditions.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of EMOMCo products, all sales are final once access has been delivered, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Refunds may be considered at EMOMCo’s sole discretion for duplicate purchases or verified technical issues.
Prizes, Challenges & Promotions
If an EMOMCo program includes prizes, giveaways, or promotions:
Eligibility requirements will be communicated separately
Completion of required actions is mandatory for eligibility
Prizes may be substituted with items of equal value if necessary
Decisions made by EMOMCo regarding eligibility and selection are final
Discounted Access & Auto-Renewal
Challenge & Promotional Pricing
If you purchase an EMOMCo program using a challenge, promotional, or discounted offer, the following applies unless otherwise stated at checkout:
Discounted access applies only for the stated promotional period
After the promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current standard rate of the program
Pricing at renewal may differ from the original promotional or challenge price
Cancellation Responsibility
It is the participant’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription if they do not wish to continue
EMOMCo does not provide reminders prior to renewal unless otherwise stated
Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in the subscription renewing at the standard rate

Modifications
EMOMCo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of EMOMCo services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
