Alex Enter

Owner, Enter Coaching Performance

Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a nutrition coach, personal trainer, RRCA Certified Running Coach, and the owner of Enter Performance Coaching. For nearly 10 years, I’ve been helping people build healthier, stronger, and more confident lives using proper nutrition, strength training, and endurance coaching.

My passion for nutrition is deeply personal. As a teenager, I battled a severe eating disorder. I lost trust in food and felt totally disconnected from my body, as if it were working against me. Instead, I was ignoring what it was trying to tell me: I was under-fueled! Through my own recovery, education, and years of coaching, I discovered what nutrition is actually about: properly fueling your body, building sustainable habits, and creating a lifestyle that supports both your physical and mental well-being.

Today, I combine evidence-based nutrition with practical, individualized strategies to help my clients. Whether their goal is to improve performance, lose body fat, build muscle, or strengthen their relationship with food, my clients and I work together to create healthy habits that feel sustainable, enjoyable, and empowering.

Samantha Pugh

Strength and CO

My passion for nutrition began long before I became a coach. I spent my younger years as a competitive gymnast through high school and continued competing at the collegiate level. After gymnastics, I discovered CrossFit, and for the past 11 years it has become a huge part of my life as both an athlete and a coach.

Looking back, one thing I wish I had understood as a young athlete was the power of proper nutrition. I trained hard, but I didn’t truly know how to fuel my body for performance, recovery, and long-term health. That experience is a big part of why I do what I do today.

Nutrition is deeply personal to me. I’ve battled binge eating disorder myself, so I understand firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to build a healthy relationship with food while also chasing fitness goals. My mission isn’t just to help people lose weight or improve performance, it’s to help clients build sustainable habits, develop confidence around food, and become the healthiest version of themselves without relying on restrictive diets or quick fixes.

I believe nutrition should support your life, not control it. Whether your goal is improving athletic performance, changing your body composition, losing weight, gaining muscle, or simply feeling healthier and more energized, I’ll meet you where you are and create a plan that fits your lifestyle.

My coaching philosophy is built around education, accountability, and long-term success. I want to empower you with the knowledge and tools to make confident nutrition decisions long after we’ve finished working together.
